Meet Kate Iggens of Stone Manor Bridal

Stone Manor Bridal has been located in Grafton since the fall of 2013, but its roots date back to the spring of 2002. Its name was inspired by the original space in Cedarburg, a stone house built in the early 1900s. Owner Kate Iggens was met with success the minute she opened the doors and Stone Manor Bridal quickly outgrew its first location. When you step into the new store, you won’t be disappointed!
Stone Manor’s loft setting, with walls made of Milwaukee’s signature cream city brick and warehouse windows that let in gorgeous natural light, offers an extensive collection of unique gowns for both brides and bridesmaids. Additionally, Kate says the large space allowed her to add tuxedo and prom lines too. The Wingman Formal Wear area is dedicated to the dashing grooms and their groomsmen.
Kate, a University of Wisconsin grad with a background in buying and retail, knew she found her perfect fit as a business owner in the bridal world. She is proud of both the knowledge and customer service levels she and her staff can offer to clients. When first visiting Stone Manor Bridal, Kate offers this simple piece of advice to brides, “Come with an open mind.” She notes that it’s okay for you to love a look online or in a magazine, but later change your mind when you see it in person.
For some brides, this process can be overwhelming, which is why Kate and her wonderful staff are there to assist you along the way. They’ll help you navigate the wide array of beautiful dresses, many of which come from vendors that are unique to the Milwaukee area and are not offered in other stores. Once the dress has been selected, your consultant will work with you to add the perfect accessories from their collections of headpieces and veils, shoes, and jewelry.
From start to finish, the bridal consultants at Stone Manor Bridal are there to help. They’ll work one-on-one with you, listening to your likes and dislikes and tailoring your dress selections to meet your needs. “When you find the dress you will know,” Kate says. “It’s a lot like finding your fiancé—you know when it’s the right one!”
