Meet Tracy Bredl, Hyatt Regency Hotel
You've accepted his proposal and see your fairytale wedding begin. A Milwaukee wedding has always been in the cards - it's just a matter of where. Turn to the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee for personalized service, high-quality food and spectacular views guaranteed to wow.
Heading up all social events, including weddings, is Tracy Bredl, Senior Event Sales Manager. In 2014, Tracy brought her wedding planning experience to Hyatt, where she works with each couple from start to finish. Tracy will work with your vendors, assist with Hyatt's wedding packages that are "easy to navigate and also completely customizable," and be on site or the big day to ensure flawlessness.
This Hyatt Experience delivers a destination for all, even gusts from the Milwaukee area. "We are truly a one-stop shop," Tracy says of the 481 guest rooms and 33,000 square feet of event space. Guests can stay ove
rnight in Hyatt's lavish rooms while enjoying the simplicity of one location for your ceremony and reception.
Quite often, ceremonies are held in the Executive Ballroom, where 300 of those near and ear can view the vow exchange. Receptions also occur here, in which the room transforms into an intimate setting with dinner service for 150.
Need a larger space? The Regency Grand Ballroom seats up to 600 guests and may be split in half for smaller weddings. But if you're longing for breathtaking views of Milwaukee, you'll be smitten with Hyatt's VUE rooftop ballroom, a space consisting of a cocktail-hour ballroom and a second hosting up to 170 for dinner.
VUE opened in October 2015 as a new, modern space complete with 360 degrees of windows. Formerly the rotating Polaris restaurant, the now-private event space offers views of Lake Michigan, downtown, Miller Park and many other skyline and well-known landmarks.
From plated dinners to buffets, vegetarian cuisine to desserts, Hyatt's chefs prepare farm-to-table food and beverages with expert precision. Even your rehearsal dinner or morning brunch will contain delicious morsels to delight guests. "I truly feel that couples will not only have a great event for their wedding but also will find a long-lasting relationship with us and the staff at the Hyatt," Tracy says of the highly customized experience couples receive. "We want you to feel at home every time you walk through the door."
